Each of our team members works at a very fast pace. The role we perform is demanding – often long hours in difficult conditions. This drive and commitment do not go unnoticed. We value each person and celebrate our hard-working team so it is important to us that we take a step back and have some fun. We think big in our project ambitions and our celebrations!
It is our goal to exceed safety standards. Supervisors maintain certifications in First Aid/CPR and are have a minimum OSHA 30-hour Construction Training. Site personnel have a minimum OSHA 10-hour Construction Training. Safety extends beyond our formal training – we comply with OSHA personal protective equipment standards and our equipment is registered, insured, and equipped with the appropriate safety equipment.
